The biggest and oldest Romanian wine yard which is known by it's currently consumed wines which are obtained from the Romanian traditional grape variety is the ODOBESTI Wine yard.
For the conservation of the wines, large cellars were specially built for the maturing of the wines produced. From the grape variety, the ODOBESTI wine yard can be considered the most traditional of the Romania viticulture. In this wine yard you can find Eight of the traditional Romania variety grape wines (Red wine mostly dry)
The white are light and dry. Lively and tingling to the taste buds while the red wines embody the equilibrium between acidity and alcohol with refreshing smells reminiscent of oak and the bouquet of flowers the region.
