By      - sending a personal history
       - 2 copies of face photos and whole body photos 
 
      to Johnny's Family Club, if your document is selected, you will have to pass an
      audition, and once you are accepted, you could take part in dance lessons. 
      Documents are accepted at any time, there's no fixed term for the auditions.
