But, because of his small build, he knew it would be difficult to defeat some of the better known talent if he didn't train hard. But how was he going to overcome his size disadvantage? He knew he would be fast and smart in the ring--like a luchador. So, he trained extensively in the Australian Outback wrestling with snakes to improve his speed and his wildlife in the New Zealand forests to learn unique high flying-skills. He broke into NZPR (New Zealand Pro Wrestling). There, he won the Cruiser weight title three times and had a good run. But, it was a small-time circuit. He wanted something bigger. After hearing about the popularity of the NWW -- the premiere wrestling federation -- he moved to the Bay Area to fight the best of the best and make a name for himself. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
