Well, first off, it deserves a one, I hate giving the movie a one because it had some good characters, example: Obi Wan Kenobi, the clone alians, Yoda, Zam the first lady saent by a bounty hunter, Mace Windu and Jango Fett. Now all the characters I name above are defenatly good actors, except for the alians and Yoda, they were computer generated this time. But the thing about the movie that really turned me off wasm the acting in the rest of the characters... let's take a closer look...
Anakin was one disturbed child, and I don't think they could have gotten a worse actor. I mean this kid, had the talent of a BAD high school play. No emotion in his voice. He made it so that there was alot of unintentional humor in it.
Padme'- Okay she was bad too, listen. "Don't look at me like that" Anakin replies Why. "Becuase it makes me uncomfortable" Now, say that in your worst emotionless voice, that is exactly what she sounded like. Again she also had the acting of a high school preppy girl that knows nothing of acting.
Anakins Mother- Okay giver her a little bit of credit she's like half dead, but a death scene like this- "Ani, Ani?" "Yes mother I'm here" "Ani, Ani, I love you, I love...." and she dies. That's awful acting! I mean the death scene was funny! I myself could have done a better job, heck, a 5 year old boy could have! I mean come on, no feeling or passion or love. Sure a dramatic scene, but not a funny one, if they really want a good death dramatic scene, hire a 6 year old girl for a mom and a 5 year old boy for Anakin and you'd have a better movie.
Obi Wan and all the good characters- At least they could act, at least they didn't look disturbed and pained all the time. I mean, Yoda was awesome, Obi Wan was plain cool, and in some cases hot, with good acting, Windu, good acting, had good lines, Zam, she was just awesome, her gun was cool, Jango Fett- Well gotta love the part in space with Obi Wan. And he had good acting. Well there you have it, the review to the disgraced movie!
