A brief history of Novinger:
Novinger was founded in the late 15th Century by a Wizard named Doniphan Aldrich Novinger. He was very intune with the Elemental Arts and discovered the great potential in young wizards and witches with learning magic through these tatics. By Novinger's way of thinking, all subjects should be studied of firstly and in great depth before actual preformances are carried out. This allows for maximum understanding and shows greater promise in the carrying out of such skills.
Elemental Divisions:
Novinger had a strong passion for the elements of life; Fire, Water, Air, Earth- Therefore, students who attend Novinger will be placed in an Elemental Division according to your characteristics.
Ignis Division:
Element - Fire
Divisional Colors - Orange and Red
Divisional Traits - Passionate and Industrious
Aquosus Division:
Element - Water
Divisional Colors - Blue and Black
Divisional Traits - Enduring and Powerful
Ventus Division:
Element - Air
Divisional Colors - White and Yellow
Divisional Traits - Eccentric and Detirmined
Tellus Division:
Element - Earth
Divisional Colors - Green and Brown
Divisional Traits - Loyal and Strong

Deciding Divisions:
When joining Novinger School of the Elemental Magical Arts, a student must first be sorted. To be divided into one of the Elemental Divisions of the school, the student must dip their finger into a special ink. The ink was made by the blood of Novinger after his death. The name of the studnet must be writen by the student on a peice of parchment with the finger dipped in ink. The parchment will be placed into a never dying fire upon an urn, which holds the remains of Doniphan Aldrich Novinger himself. The fire will burn the parchment in one of four colors; Orange, Blue, Yellow, or Green. Depending on what color your parchment burned will detirmine which Dividion your are sent to.
