Electric Boat on A-1-A south of Las Olas Blvd.
SUGGESTION Let's meet at the new restaurant called FINS (South of Las Olas near the Swimming Hall of Fame) Wednesday, Jan. 24 We can eat a small dinner and then go on an electric boat. The first hour is FREE if we order an entree (it is a large meal, with salad and a big piece of fish).. If we have two people who eat the $20 dinner, the other people can have salad or a sandwich - then the boat is FREE! 954.288.4760 (Alex's mobile phone) TEACHERS: Call Steve if you like this idea: 954 646 8246

The photo below shows the USUAL Wednesday Night of Culture at Alex's apartment... On January 24, we will try something new. You can eat before or after, or you can spend about $10 and get a nice salad at FINS restaurant. Steve will arrive at 6:30 p.m. and he'll eat with his wife to get the free hour in the electric boat. The boat will leave at 8 p.m. and it will return at 9 p.m. Steve is looking for another person who will be a captain of a second boat. (We need someone to order an entree and earn the free hour of boating.)
The electric boat is 6 meters long (about 19 feet) It can hold 8 people, but it will be nice if we put 7 people in one boat and 7 in another boat. If you want to come, please call Steve to confirm so he can reserve the extra boat.
DIRECTIONS Go east on Las Olas Blvd. to the beach, turn right, go to the Swimming Hall of Fame, go a little farther. LOOK FOR FINS, the restaurant, on the right side. Steve will be in the restaurant at 6:30 pm.
PARKING: At the big parking lot at Las Olas and A-1-A $1 per hour.

FINS is the name of the restaurant. They serve DOLPHIN, but there is a dolphin FISH and a dophin MAMMAL (Flipper, the "fish" that smiles, that has warm blood and that breathes through a hole in its head). The DOLPHIN FISH is also called "mahi-mahi"
