I like to sit in
an unfamiliar place in which I can find a corner of my own. Seeing people
passing by; trains come and go; listening to the different sound produced by
the wheels, the opening and closing of train doors, the machineries inside the
train; the notice from the loudspeakers; the platform supervisor go in and out
his office; the moving air produced by the fan above my head…
I
like to imagine myself as if I’m an outsider, a traveler. I really enjoy the
feeling of being in a land where nobody knows me. I can then enjoy every tiny
bit of my life – even just sitting there and to listen to the sound of silent
steps of city people makes me feel free.
I’ve
friends who’re always late. If not in emergency, I don’t mind waiting for them.
Sometimes, I quite like to do so. It gives me unexpected bonus minutes to
think, to schedule my timetable, to daydream a little bit, to pick out unordinary
out of ordinary.
20.34.
You’re 24 minutes late, Kiu!
