Pineapple-Chicken Pizza submitted by ansondale
- 1 low fat pizza crust (Ragu pizza crust mix, low-fat Italian bread shell, low fat torilla or French bread)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat shredded mozzeralla cheese, divided
- 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups canned pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 3 tbsp chopped green onion
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil or spray pizza pan with cooking spray.
2. Prepare crust according to package instructions. Spread crust with tomato sauce; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
3. Arrange chicken, pineapple and green onion on crust. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake pizza 15 to 20 minutes until crust and cheese are lightly browned.
