Frequently Asked Questions
Do German citizens need a special pass to enter?
No, the PAC  has it's own gate, which the theatre controls.  Everybody is welcome to come in and enjoy a show.  We only ask that you bring all your friends and tell everyone about us. :)
Is there anywhere to park?
Yes! We offer free parking outside of the theatre, enough to accomodate over 200 vehicles. We would like to remind you, though, that parking is at your own risk, as it is a bit rocky in places.
Do you accept dollars and EURO?
Yes, both at our box office and at our snack bar. Our conversion rate is one to one, so be aware that using one currency may be more expensive than the other, due to exchange rates.
May I bring children?
We welcome all ages (depending on the nature of the show). However, it is not recommended that babies and very young children attend, in order to respect the patrons around you, and the actors on stage!  There's nothing harder than having to compete with a wailing baby.
General Questions
Audition Questions
Do you offer ________________lessons?
We have a completed dance floor in the warehouse and are eagerly awaiting instructors who are interested in teaching, either dance, music, acting, guitar or anything else.
Can anyone be in a show?
Everyone is welcome here, experiencd or not.  If you've never done it before, we teach you as you go along, and f you have, you can help us teach the ones who haven't.  It's a great environment to get started in!
How do auditions work?
We are a pretty laid back theatre.  We run our auditions pretty casually, and all we ask (unless otherwise specified) is that you show up with a willingness to cooperate and maybe listen a little.  We may ask you to fill out a "snoop sheet" so we can have all of your info in case we need to call you back, but other than that it's a pretty easy thing.  You meet the director, we read a few lines from the script and we talk. A lot. It's actually really fun!
What if I don't want to be IN the show?
Regardless of if you are a techie or an actor, we still woud like you to come to auditions, like everyone else. This just makes it easier for us to explain how everything goes all at once instead of having to say it 50 times to the same people.  (And for the record...we ALWAYS need more techies...so if you don't get a part, why not consider helping backstage? It's a great way to show the director what you've got...)
How did Lauren get so cool?
Practice, baby, practice.
