Format |

|
The cuppers competition will be a group stage followed by quarter finals, semis and a final. Teams will be seeded and then randomly drawn into groups. Once this is done the quarter finals will be drawn, as winner grp A vs runner up group B etc. So no further draws will be required. Only results included in the league table as of 15th december will be included in determining seedings. |

There will be five pools of four teams each in the seedings.
Pool 1 = Top 4 teams from division 1
Pool 2 = Bottom 4 teams from division 1
Pool 3 = Top 4 teams from division 2
Pool 4 = Teams 5-8 from divison 2
Pool 5 = Teams 9 and 10 from division 2, plus upto 2 additional teams (new teams go
into this pool.

The Draw |
|
|
|
The draw will take place on the night of monday the 15th of december. Each group will consist on 1 team from each pool. The teams will be drawn randomly, starting with pool 5 and working upto pool 1. As in the qualifiers for the world cup 2006. All captains will be notified where and when the draw will take place, but only 3 teams need to be represented at the draw for it to go ahead. |

Group Phase Fixtures |
|
|
|
Each team plays each team in their group once. The positions in the groups will be decided first by points, then by results between the two teams, then by goal difference and finally by goals scored. If this still results in a tie, a coin toss will decide the position.
The top two teams from each group go into the quarter finals of the "champions league" cuppers. The 3rd an 4th placed teams go into the "UEFA cup" quarter finals. The 5th placed teams go into the "Honour trophy" (format depends on numbers of teams). |
