| Here is a view of my recently installed battery isolator. The jeep has a short that I have never sorted out so this helps to ensure I have some battery juice if I forget to turn off the master power switch (that I added). Also visible is the Pertronix electronic ignition. Naw, the only thing you can see is a couple of wires. The electronics are all hidden inside the cap. I can hear some of you cringing but hey, I want to keep 'em rolling. |

| This is the standard military oil bath filter. I believe it is a late war issue. So what's wrong with this picture? Well, you notice that the filter is laying on its' side and no oil all over the jeep fender. That's because I don't run oil in it. It has a replaceable dry cartridge. It was much better suited for the far North like North Dakota and Alaska. |
