Well here it is finally. This is not really that good. Any suggestions on the name is welcomed. (I'm drawing a blank) talk to ya later * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Disclaimer: Hey, for all of you who don’t already know, I do not own any Gundam Wing characters. They would make great Christmas presents though. (Imagine-waking up on Christmas Day and running downstairs to open presents. You open a huge present with your name on it and Duo or Trowa pops out. You just sit there with your mouth wide open and a big grin on your face.) Sorry, I’ll go back to my little Gundam world and you can read the story. Any question can be e-mailed to me or whatever. Enjoy!! A Christmas story (Yea, I know-real original) "’Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring not even a mouse…" "Boring! Just how old is that story?" Duo interrupted Quatre’s story. "Duo, be quiet! The story isn’t for you, anyway," Shannon scolded. "It’s for Danny." She pointed to the baby next to Quatre. "Sorry," Duo said, giving Shannon his best puppy dog look. Shannon rolled her eyes, but started to giggle. "Shh, guys," Quatre said. "Danny fell asleep. Let’s get out of here." Quatre laid Danny in his crib for his afternoon nap, and smiled. That morning he hadn’t been to sure of himself when his sister talked him into baby-sitting while she did some Christmas shopping. Now, he figured he was doing a pretty good job, plus Danny was a great baby. The three teens quietly exited the room, and went downstairs. "You guys are done already?" Nicole asked. She was sitting on the couch next to Trowa, watching TV with the other Gundam pilots. "Yea, he went right to bed," Shannon explained. "Boy, your sister is really lucky to such a great baby." "Well you should see Jenny and Mark," Quatre said. "They’re really great parents. I can’t believe they left their Christmas shopping til now. Usually, they do stuff early." "Well, do you have all your shopping done?" Trowa asked. "Of course," Quatre answered. "It’s been done for awhile. Hasn’t yours been done?" "Not everyone starts their shopping as soon as the last Christmas gets over," Christie said, and then she eyed Wufei. "So Wufei, did you buy a present for anyone special?" "How would I do that woman? Gundam pilots don’t get paid!" Wufei said. "Don’t pull that trick with me," Christie said. "I know Relena gave you all little jobs." "I have better things to do then spend money on you!" Wufei replied. "I got an idea!" Nicole said suddenly. Everyone turned around to look at her. "Secret Santas! Oh, they’re perfect. If you want to buy a present for anyone else, then go ahead. If you don’t, then fine. No hard feelings. Just buy a present for your Secret Santa." "Oh, great idea," Shannon agreed. "Let’s do that." She got up and wrote everyone’s name down on small slips of paper. "Let’s see, Quatre, Duo, Heero, Wufei, Trowa, me, Nicole, Relena, and Christie. Oh wait, Relena won’t be around. She’s going on a trip." She threw that paper in the garbage. "Ok, Duo. Give me your hat." She put all the slips of paper in it and shook the hat. "Ok, everyone pick one." She started, and then passed it to Duo. ‘Great! I got Duo,’ she thought. ‘He’s easy to shop for.’ Duo was next. ‘No way!’ he thought. ‘Anyone but Heero! At least I didn’t get Wufei. What am I gonna get Heero?’ Duo smiled weakly at Wufei. "Your turn, buddy," he said. "I’m not gonna do this," Wufei said. "This is pointless." "Think of this as your mission," Nicole said. "If you don’t do it, then you don’t have any honor." Wufei grunted, but took a piece of paper. ‘Great, a woman,’ he thought. ‘I had to get Shannon. Figures I would get her.’ He passed the hat to Trowa. ‘Hmm,’ Trowa thought. ‘Nicole. I wonder what I could get her.’ "Your turn, Nicole." "Thanks," Nicole said. ‘Oh, I want to get someone easy,’ she thought. ‘Great, Quatre. He’s easy enough.’ Then she passed the hat to Heero. Heero put his hand in and pulled a paper out. ‘Great, Trowa,’ he thought. ‘Oh well, at least I didn’t get Duo or anything. What am I gonna get Trowa? And why am I even doing this?’ "Remember Heero," Christie said. "This is now your mission." Heero grunted and passed the hat to Christie. ‘Yay!’ she thought. ‘I got Wufei! He better like what I get him.’ "Here you go Quatre. Your turn," she said. "Thank you," Quatre said, picking a slip of paper. ‘Hmm, what can I get Christie?’ he thought and then smiled. He had just gotten a great idea. "Who’s next?" he asked. "We’re all done," Duo said. "There’s no more paper." Quatre looked at the hat and blushed for his mistake. "Oh well, here’s your hat back, Duo." "Thanks," Duo said. "Hey, look at the time. I want to work on my Gundam before it gets to late." "Good idea," Trowa said. He and the other Gundam pilots, minus Quatre, got up to leave. "I’ll go watch Danny," Quatre said. He got up to leave as well. After everyone left, the three girls were left alone. "Now what?" Christie asked. "Our MS are in great condition." "Why don’t we go to the mall?" Shannon suggested. "We only have a few days til Christmas, so we better get our shopping done now." Christie and Nicole nodded, so it was settled. They borrowed a jeep from one of Quatre’s friends, and were off. They got to the mall quickly, since it wasn’t that far away. "Let’s split up," Shannon said. "We can’t ruin the surprise about who we’re shopping for. We can meet at the food court in about as hour. Ok?" The other two nodded, and the three split up. ‘Hmm, now what can I get for Duo?’ Shannon thought to herself, as she walked. She looked at the joke shop as she pasted it. ‘No way, Heero will kill me if I bought Duo practical jokes. On the other hand, Duo would have a lot of fun with them…’ She grinned as she walked into the store. * * * * * * * * * * * * ‘Let’s see, what can I get Quatre,’ Nicole thought as she walked around. ‘This might be harder then I thought. The kid can already buy everything he wants. I wonder…’ she thought as she looked up at the sign for the pet shop. ‘Maybe,’ she thought, as she walked in. * * * * * * * * * * * * ‘Wufei, Wufei, what would he want?’ Christie thought. ‘I need to get him something really good. Man, why does he have to be so hard!’ Suddenly, she saw a brand new store. The whole store was full of different fighting weapons and other things. ‘Hmm, this might work,’ Christie thought and grinned as she walked into the store. * * * * * * * * * * * * An hour later, the three girls met. "Everyone get something?" Nicole asked, pretending to peek inside the bags. "Yup, I do," Shannon and Christie both said. "And I’m not telling you what I bought." Shannon added. "Fine then," Nicole answered. "How rude. I’m not telling what I got, either." The girls laughed and then got their late lunches. * * * * * * * * * * * * The next day was pretty quiet. The girls had left to visit some friends of theirs, and Quatre didn’t have to baby-sit anymore. It was just the guys. Quatre decided that they had better go shopping. The others didn’t really want to, but Quatre talked them into it. "Tell me again why we have to go to the mall?" Duo asked, when they got there. "Duo, tomorrow is Christmas Eve. When would you like to go shopping?" Quatre said. "Now, everyone go find your gift and then we can meet here when we finish." Quatre left as soon as he said that, so he wouldn’t hear anymore complaining. "Now where is that store?" he asked out loud. He wondered around for awhile before stopping in front of a store. "Perfect," Quatre said, walking in. "She’ll love this." Quatre walked in, looking at all the stuffed animals, tee shirts, and action figures. He finally found what he was looking for. He then decided to get some ice cream before meeting the others. * * * * * * * * * * * * Duo walked around, with out a clue of what to buy Heero. ‘This is pointless,’ he thought. ‘They don’t sell guns in the mall, and what else can I get him?’ Duo kept walking, but he didn’t see anything. Duo kept on walking and finally walked in a store full of odd little things. ‘This is great!’ Duo thought. When he went to pay, he told the lady, "Thank you! I don’t know what other store I could have went to!" To say the least, the lady was very confused after Duo had left. * * * * * * * * * * * * ‘Trowa’ Heero thought, ‘what can I get him? The guy doesn’t talk that much to even give me a clue. Well, he is better then Duo, so he does deserve a good gift.’ Heero kept on walking, until he came to a brightly lit store. ‘I guess he would like this,’ he thought, looking at the display in the window. He walked in to check it out. * * * * * * * * * * * * Trowa was walking through the mall aimlessly. He didn’t really know what to get Nicole as a present. ‘What would she like?’ he thought to himself. ‘She’d probably like something really weird.’ He stopped in front of a practical joke store. As he was standing there, Wufei walked up. "Hey Trowa," he said. "What are you doing standing there?" "Just thinking of a present," Trowa said. "I’m having a bit of a problem." "So am I," Wufei. "Who do you have? I’ll tell you that I don’t have you. Then we could help each other." Trowa thought about if for a moment. "Ok, who do you have?" "Shannon," Wufei said. "You?" "Nicole," Trowa answered. "Any ideas on their presents? Maybe something kind of odd?" "Maybe," Wufei said. "Figures that we would get those odd ball women." "Let’s check out this store," Trowa suggested. Wufei nodded and the two went in. * * * * * * * * * * * * "Did everyone get what they came for?" Quatre asked, when they had all met at the store front. "I picked up a few Christmas decorations, too." "Yea, we got what we came for," Wufei said. "Let’s go already." "Alright," Quatre agreed, and the others nodded in agreement. They left the mall and headed home. When they got back to Quatre’s house, they met up with the girls. "Hey, you guys get all your stuff?" Christie asked. "Yea," Duo answered, "and some Christmas stuff." "Yea!" Nicole said. "Let’s add some more decorations. This room only has the tree. We should add more." "Ok," Quatre said. "Let’s put our bags away, and then we can start." The boys all put their bags away. Then, they all came back and sat on the couches. "Ok, let’s start," Quatre said. "Why don’t Heero and myself work on decorating outside, and the rest of you can work inside? Ok?" The others nodded, so Quatre and Heero took a box of Christmas stuff, and went outside. "Have fun guys," Quatre called, as he and Heero went out the door. "Have fun guys," Quatre called, as he and Heero went out the door. "Ok, what should we do first?" Shannon asked. "Let’s see," Nicole said, looking through the boxes of decorations. "I know, why don’t you and Duo go hang lights around the house? Trowa and I can decorate the tree and the Living Room. That leaves Christie and Wufei to take this box and decorate the rest of the house as they see fit." "Alright," Wufei said, surprising everyone. No one actually thought he would like doing this. Wufei stuck his hand in the box and pulled out a green cloth. He then draped it over a chair. "Very nice," he said. "I guess I’m done." "Very funny," Christie said and picked up a box. "Come on, this is gonna be fun." "Oh yea," Wufei said, not sounding too happy. He followed Christie out of the room. "Come on, Duo," Shannon said. "We can fill the whole house with lights!" Duo grabbed the box and followed Shannon. "See you guys later!" he called as he exited the room. They went up to the second floor, to start hanging lights. "Ok, Trowa. Let’s get to work," Nicole said. Those two started working on opening boxes to decorate the tree. * * * * * * * * * * * * "Christie, don’t go overboard," Wufei warned. "Let’s just hang a few things and be done." "Oh, brother," Christie said. "Don’t be a grinch. Get into the Christmas mood." Her eyes suddenly lit up. "Here’s the perfect thing. Let’s hang some mistletoe!" "No way, woman!" Wufei said. "Not in this house!" "Come on," Christie said. "You don’t want any mistletoe? The rules are simple. Every time a boy and girl met under it, they just have to do a little kiss." "No!" Wufei said stronger. "Put that down." "Fine," Christie said. She put it down, but quickly put it in her pocket. ‘I’ll just have to put it up later,’ she thought, with a sly grin. "Let’s put up some Christmas ribbons and wreaths, instead." Wufei agreed and helped her hang them in the windows. * * * * * * * * * * * * Meanwhile, Shannon and Duo were having some problems of their own. "Ahh!" Duo yelled as he fell. He and Shannon had some how gotten tangled up in the lights. When Duo had fell, he had brought down Shannon with him. "Ahh," Shannon yelled as she fell. "I can’t believe this! Why doesn’t these lights come with directions?" "Good question," Duo said. "Ok, I think I got it." Duo helped Shannon stand up. "Start spinning," he said. The two started spinning, but were brought closer. "Ok, spin the other way," Duo suggested with a grin. They did, and were finally freed from the lights. "Alright, we’re loose!" Shannon said. "Let’s try to be more careful next time." Shannon and Duo laughed. "Let’s get these lights on the stairwell." "Ok," Duo agreed. "Then we can put some in the hallway." Shannon nodded, and they got to work. * * * * * * * * * * * * "Hey, our tree is looking pretty good," Nicole said. "Yea, I guess so," Trowa answered. "We did some good work." "We need a smaller tree, or I need to get taller," Nicole said, as she tried to put the star on the top of the tree. She got a chair and managed to put the star on top. Then, she lost her balanced and fell backwards. "Ahh!" she yelled. "Hey, are you ok?" Trowa asked, running over to her. Nicole had landed on a big box. It did hurt a little, but she had a big grin on her face. "Better then ok," she said, getting up. She reached her hand in the box and pulled out a bag of candy. "Mints!" she exclaimed. "Huh? Where did those come from?" Trowa asked. "Duh, the box I just fell on," Nicole said. "Someone must have bought them for Christmas." "Quatre said all the Christmas candy was in the kitchen," Trowa said. "He must have forgotten about the Mints." "Yes! Then we can have them, and no one will know," Nicole said, excitedly. "Of course, we’ll have to tell Shannon about them, but I’m sure Duo and Christie would want some, too." "Well," Trowa said, but his voice trailed off. "Please, please, please!" Nicole said. Trowa had to smile. "Ok, let me have one." "Yay!" Nicole replied. She quickly opened the bag and threw some mints to Trowa. She took some for herself, as well. As soon as the two had ate a few mints themselves, they went to find the others. "Shannon, Duo! Come on guys!" she said. "Yes?" Shannon said, when Trowa and Nicole had found her and Duo. "What are you doing?" "We found Mints!" Nicole exclaimed. "Would you like some?" Trowa asked. He handed Shannon and Duo a bunch of mints. "Wow, thanks!" Duo said, as he and Shannon started eating them. "We have to go find Christie now," Trowa said. "Want to come?" "Sure, why not?" Duo said. "Let’s go. I saw them go upstairs." The group went up the stairs. As soon as they got to the top, they could hear them. "Woman," Wufei was saying. "Why do we have to keep putting stuff up?" "We can stop, when you get into the Christmas mood," Christie answered. "Merry Christmas," Wufei said. "Happy?" "Hey guys," Shannon said. "Having fun?" "Tons," Christie answered. "What’s up?" "Mints!" Nicole and Shannon both said. "Do you want some?" Shannon asked. "Sure!" Christie agreed. "How about you Wufei?" "Three girls, and two guys that all know how to do dangerous things on a sugar high?" Wufei said. "I think I will go see if Heero and Quatre need my help." Wufei quickly ran downstairs. A few seconds later, they heard the front door open and shut. "Well he’s no fun," Shannon said. "That’s ok, since we now have mints!" "Yay!" Nicole said. "Lucky thing I fell or I would have never found them." The five teens went downstairs and continued to eat the mints. Christie stayed behind for a moment, but then she joined the others. * * * * * * * * * * * * "Wufei, you let them eat the mints?" Quatre said. "I’m almost scared to go inside and see what they did." Heero, Quatre, and Wufei quietly walked into the house. At first they heard nothing, but hen they started to hear giggling. "Duo! You can’t already have four kids! We just started playing the game," Shannon giggled. "We’ll that’s life," Duo replied, laughing. Heero, Quatre, and Wufei walked into the Living Room. The room was very decorated. The group was in the middle, playing Life. "Hi guys," Nicole said, when she saw them. "Done outside?" Trowa asked. "Oh no, not you too, Trowa," Quatre said. "Are you all on sugar highs?" "They don’t really seem to bad," Heero said. "Maybe they didn’t have that many mints." "I don’t care," Wufei said. "I’m going upstairs." Wufei marched up the stairs. He came back down a few minutes later, rather angry. "Who hung this in the hallway!" he exclaimed, holding a piece of mistletoe above his head. Very quickly, Christie ran up and gave Wufei a kiss. "I did! Aren’t you happy?" Christie asked, laughing. "I knew you would bring it down!" The others started laughing, including Quatre. Heero just stood back. "She has you there," he said. Wufei glared at everyone, and left. "Merry Christmas!" Shannon yelled after him. "You guys," Quatre said, "be nice. Now, no more mistletoe. Ok?" "Ok," Trowa said. "Great," Quatre said. "Now, Heero and I are going to the kitchen to get a snack." "Quatre—" Duo started but was cut off by Heero. "Shh, just stay here," he said. He and Quatre started walking to the kitchen. Duo motioned to the others, and they all walked to the kitchen door. Quatre and Heero were standing in a huge mess. Duo peeked through the door and said, "Did we forget to mention the food fight?" "Don’t worry about it," Quatre said. "I’ll have someone clean it up. Why don’t you guys watch TV? It’s time for the Tonami line up." "Ok," Shannon answered. The group left, leaving Heero and Quatre alone. "Heero, you can go," Quatre said. "Someone will be here soon to clean this up." Heero nodded and left. ‘Note to self,’ Quatre thought. ‘Hide mints better.’ He smiled and walked to the vegetable cabinet. He opened it and pulled out a mint. ‘Mmm,’ he thought. ‘The one place they will never look.’ * * * * * * * * * * * * Finally, that day was over. The maid cleaned up the mess, with Quatre’s help. For some unknown reason, Quatre had started acting hyper and had joined the other group. Heero and Wufei stayed away from them the rest of the day. They were quite glad when everyone had finally fell asleep. The next day went fast. It was Christmas Eve and everyone was in a good mood. Even the anti-social Gundam pilots appeared to be happy. At night, was the best part. That night, everyone hung their stockings and put their gifts under the tree. "Hey guys," Shannon said, "let’s sing Christmas songs!" "K," Duo agreed. The two started singing Jingle Bells and the others joined in. Then the girls started singing Silent Night, except Nicole. She claimed her throat (but Shannon knew that she really didn’t like to sing in front of people). After some persuading (and the promise of mints later) Nicole decided to join in. The whole group kept singing for a long time. Finally, they had to go to sleep, if they wanted Santa to come. The next day, Christmas Day, everyone woke up early. Shannon, Nicole, and Christie woke up first and Wufei was the last to wake. Everyone ran downstairs. "Yay, time for presents," Duo said. "Ok, ok," Quatre said. "We can open presents now. Who wants to go first?" Almost everyone’s hand went up. "Dumb question," Quatre said. "How about I give my present and that person can hand out their present." Quatre walked up to the tree and picked a present from under it. He walked over and handed it to Christie. "Merry Christmas," he said. "Thanks," Christie replied. She opened the present and put the paper in the garbage. "Wow, a tiger," she said. "Cool! Hey, what’s this?" Christie pulled out an envelope. Inside it had a picture of a tiger cub and information about it. "Well, I was looking in the mall, and the zoo had a stand set up," Quatre explained. "That is your tiger cub. You can go visit her whenever you want, and the zoo keepers will even teach you how to feed and play with her." "Whoa, that’s a really great present," Shannon said. "Good work, Quatre." "Thanks," Quatre replied, smiling. "Your turn, Christie." "K," Christie answered. "Wufei, I got a present for you!" She jumped up and grabbed a gift from under the tree. "You are really hard to shop for, but here you go." She handed him the package. Then she stood there for a second. "Well?" "Thanks," Wufei said. "Let me open it." Wufei opened the present. Inside were two boxes. One box was cleaning stuff for his sword. The other one was a set of movies. "The Best of Jackie Chan," Wufei read. "Thanks a lot, I can really use this stuff." "I thought you needed some more stuff, and you really like fighting stuff," Christie said. "This wasn’t a half bad idea," Wufei said. "Really? Thanks!" Christie said. "Now, who did you get?" "Right," Wufei said. "I had to buy for Shannon." "Really? So what did you get me?" Shannon said, joking. Wufei got up and tossed her a present. "Thanks," she said. She quickly took the paper off. "Oh, Silly String and mints! And the X-men movie! Cool!" "Great, I have to go on a trip, so you can’t open anything but the movie til I leave," Wufei said, "and I mean it!" "Relax," Shannon said. "I won’t," she said grinning and eyed Nicole. "We’ll be good. It’s my turn. I got a present for Duo!" "Really? What did you get me?" Duo said, shaking his present. Then, he quickly tore it open. "Oh, a toy. A fun looking toy." Duo held up his gift. It was a new, shiny, black gun. "Cool, huh?" Shannon said. "It shoots disks or, if you turn it around, it turns into a water gun." "Hey Heero, want to help me try out my new gun?" Duo joked. Heero just glared, so Duo went back to his present. "Hey a movie. Dudley Doright. That was a funny movie. Thanks a lot." "No sweat," Shannon said. "Who did you have?" "Lucky me, I got my buddy Heero," Duo said. "You sir, are a really hard person to shop for, but here." Heero took his present, carefully. He wanted to make sure nothing popped up or anything. He opened the present, and inside was a box. After he opened the box, he stared at it for a moment and then glared at Duo. Something floated to the floor. "Duo," Nicole said. "Did you give Heero a picture of Relena? Shame on you." "I thought he would like it," Duo said. "Besides, there’s something else in there." Heero glared at Duo and pulled something else out of the box. "Mission Impossible," he read. "No such thing." "Heero, that’s the movie we were watching and you said you liked it," Duo said. "Yea," Heero said, remembering the movie. "Thanks for getting it for me." Heero nodded towards Duo. "Wow, I think that was the first time he thanked me," Duo said. "Don’t push your luck," Heero said. "Here Trowa." He handed Trowa his present. "Thanks," Trowa said, quietly. He unwrapped it carefully and threw the wrapping away. Trowa’s present was a set of books. "Books?" Duo said. "I didn’t even know you read." "Ha ha," Nicole said. "What did you get, Trowa?" "It’s a book set," Trowa replied. "It’s the two newest Harry Potter books, book #3 and book #4. Thank you." "No sweat," Heero said, and then went back to looking at his new movie. Trowa walked over to the tree and picked up a present. He handed it to Nicole. "Merry Christmas," he said. "Thanks," Nicole answered. She took off all the wrapping paper. "Wow, mints and Silly String. Cool," she said. ‘What’s this?’ she wondered, looking at something at the bottom. It was a small box. "Bouncy balls!" she said. She was sitting next to Shannon, so Shannon was looking at them, too. Nicole suddenly dropped the box, and the balls started bouncing all over the room. "These are gonna be a lot of fun," she said, as she put them all back in the box. "Thanks!" "Don’t mention it," Trowa said. "Who did you get?" "Quatre," Nicole said. "Now Quatre. You were a little hard to do, so Rashid helped me. I have your present in another room. Be right back." She ran off and then came back with a large box. She carefully handed the box to Quatre. "Merry Christmas from me and Rashid." "Thank you," Quatre said. He carefully unwrapped the box and took the lid off. Inside was a cute, golden retriever puppy. "Wow," Quatre said. "Thanks a lot." "Isn’t she cute?" Nicole said. "When I went shopping with the girls, I bought his bowl and some food. Then I went back with Rashid. He promised to take care of him when you’re busy with a Gundam mission or something. What are you going to name her?" "I don’t know," Quatre said. "How about Sandy?" "Sounds good," Duo said. "She’s a good puppy. We never even knew there was a dog in the house." "Yea," Quatre agreed. "Well, are we all done?" "Guess so," Wufei said. "Let’s clean up. Then I gotta go." "Where are you going?" Christie asked. "I want to visit this one town. They always have the best decorations and are very friendly people." "Really!" Christie said, and then got sad. "Have fun, then." Wufei sighed. "Would you like to come? I’ll show you the biggest Christmas tree you have ever seen." "Sure!" Christie said. "Let’s get going," Wufei said, "before they open the mints." Those two quickly left, leaving the rest of the group behind. "I have to work on Christmas snacks and the big feast for this evening. Want to help, Heero?" Heero looked at Quatre and then at the bags of mints. He quietly followed Quatre out of the room. "Let’s eat," Duo said, and grabbed some mints. "Alright," Shannon agreed. "Let’s take the Silly String and play." "Me and Trowa against you two!" Nicole yelled. "Don’t worry Duo," Trowa said. "I bought a few extras of Silly String." He tossed a bottle to Duo and the war started. Nicole aim was a little off, but she got better with practice. Shannon and Trowa had the best aim. The other two weren’t far behind, thought. The war lasted until there was no more Silly String. Then they had to come up with new ideas on how to have fun. * * * * * * * * * * * * Meanwhile, Wufei and Christie were actually having fun. Wufei showed Christie around the village and ended up a Christmas Carnival. They were playing games and eating treats for awhile. Then they went on some rides. * * * * * * * * * * * * The day went on, and everyone had fun. Quatre and Heero watched some movies, while the others ran around on a sugar high. Christie and Wufei came back in time for dinner, in good moods. At least dinner went by smoothly. Everyone was in high spirits. After dinner, the one group was starting to calm down. They sat down and watched the new movies, plus some Christmas movies. One, by one, everyone retreated upstairs. ‘All in all, this hadn’t been such a bad Christmas after all,’ Shannon thought. ‘It has been a really good one. The end
