11-10-05 - I was quite bored in math class last night. The teacher was going over how to find x in square root values and such and I just got bored and made this. I came up with this because a few days ago I asked my girlfriend why we call people with mental and physical disabilities "special" when there really isn't anything special about it. It's like calling a bucket "special" because it has a giant hole on the bottom and can't hold anything. Not to say that "special" people are worthless, I'm just saying there are better words to describe them. Like "retarded". When did "retarded" become such a bad word? It is what it is. But yeah. To show that I'm not hateful towards retarded people I made this comic to show some of the perks of being retarded. So the next time you see a retarded person, kick their ass before they shoot you! I kid, I kid. They won't shoot you. Maybe.
