| The Celebrity and the Prostitute (Did you ever notice they're the same) They sell their bodies, they want money whatever it takes, they sing they dance they do whatever they can to lure people in. They pretend to be all kinds of things when the cameras are turned on, their endless quest to attract attention make me sick. Every time I see the latest person stuck up on some billboard smilling like their not really divorced, alcoholics and on every drug they can get their filthy little hands on, every time I see them pretend to care about african children, every time they open their mouths, its disgusting. Some people try to sell you rebellion, some people try to sell you normality, some people try to sell you sex, all of them have sold their souls. I don't care how real they pretend to be they want money, why do we know so much about people who we've never met, we worship them, it ends here. I have a life of my own, why would I sit and stare at a box with moving pictures about someone else's life? why would I do that? Am I stupid? Wake up people. Keep your crap, your CD's, your latest film, that magazine with you on the front. Do you have a picture of me in your house? Do you have a poster of me on your bedroom wall? No? |
