Topic: Presentation of content, Day 1

 

Set Induction: Students will begin by discussing what they liked and did not like about the assignment. 

 

Terminal Objective: Students will become familiar with a variety of creative writing and analysis.

 

Enabling Objectives: Students will share their projects.  Students will evaluate each other’s projects.

 

Activity: Students will share their projects.  This will take the majority of the class, and will continue the next class.  Students should pick a student who wrote something very strong, and write a journal entry reflecting on it.  Students should also identify a student who had a good idea, but who could have used more time to refine the writing or presentation of their material.

 

Closure: Tomorrow will be more of the same.  If you did not present today, you can continue to revise your draft for tomorrow.  Please turn in both drafts so that I can see your extra effort.
