Week 11 Review
The Playoff Busting Games:
Mill Creek Bulldogs (5-6) 97.75 over Columbus Liquid Courage (4-7) 70.85

With this defeat, the CLC is officially done after a strong start and staying afloat with wins here and there.  The Mill Creek Bulldogs who appeared dead just a couple weeks ago are now in the playoffs if they started today.  However, the Bulldogs have to get past both the Argonauts and Bandits with a better record to Patriots Dynasty who faces the Pirates and Spartans to finish off the year. The point totals are too close to call as the Bulldogs only lead the Dynasty by 13.

Cowboyz 66.58 (2-9) over N.E. Chowderheads (5-6) 60.50
Cruel fate for a wild card team from a year ago as the Chowderheads are now out of the playoff race despite what would the second wild card team in the AFC.  The strength of the conference this year was too much especially with the resurgance of Hotsauce and break out year from Vilma.  The point toal this year is very respectable as the Chowderheads currently stand at 8th overall, but they were too boom or bust from week to week and losing Reggie Bush for so long cost them any hope at returning to the big dance.  As for the Cowboyz, rookie owner Nelson picks up a win which just helps them stay out of the record books for the worst record, but they will likely finish with the lowest point total ever.

Flaming Stewies (7-4) 110.81 over Capt Acorn (6-5) 68.76
Another team stuck in the wrong division, Capt Acorn would need a miracle to hop over two teams into the playoffs.  Their record and schedule indicate that they have a shot at finishing 2-0 which would make the Roncos and Hotsauce 1-1 at best, tying all three for the last spot, but the point totals are just too low to win any tie breakers.  There is also Vilma that may be caught, but Vilma's remaining games should get at least one win and probably two so Capt Acorn is out.

Playoff Saving Games:
Patriots Dynasty (5-6) 86.67 over Georgia Gappers (1-10) 84.25

Poor rookie owner Spencer got robbed by Phil Dawson this past week as the Pat's Dynasty kicker was over 20 points on Monday night, just edging the best outburst from the Gappers all year.  As for the Patriots Dynasty, this win keeps them tied with the Bulldogs and the big night from Dawson helps to keep the point totals close.  The loss puts the Gappers just two more away from the most losses in league history, but the strong scoring outburst gives them a 25 point lead over the Cowboyz, probably helping them avoid the worst point total.

Hotsauce (7-4) 88.91 over Denver Roncos (7-4) 63.76
After an 0-3 start, Hotsauce has been, well, hot.  After winning 7 of 8, they are now in control heading into the last two days.  Hotsauce is out of the playoffs right now and trail the Roncos and Vilma by 60 and 102 so they are going to have to win to get in.  Hotsauce needs to keep winning and hope for a loss from either team to get in.  The difference between this race and the AFC race is that instead of two teams trying for one spot, there are three teams going for two spots, so Hotsauce has some outs in this race, but he'll need things to break the right way.  A win over the Stewies this week would be huge.  As for the Roncos, they have lost 4 straight after starting the season perfect and they could find themselves out of the playoff race unless they turn things around this week against Capt Acorn.
