Week 3 Rewind
The Big Games:
Somerville Spartans (2-1) 163.08 - Detroit Wolverines (1-2) 98.01
Another great game of the week here.  The Wolverines came out strong wtih 98 points but still wasn't even close to taking down the Spartans.  The Spartans came out strong and won big while setting the single week scoring record just one week after the bar was raised even further.  We knew the Spartans were good, even despite the injuries.  They might be down the next couple weeks, but when this team gets healthy, watch out.

Hotsauce (1-2) 111.01 - Capt Acorn (1-2) 72.62
Look who decided to show up.  Hotsauce was awful the first two weeks but has come on this week for a big win which moved him from last to second in the NFC East while Capt. Acorn did exactly the opposite.  The NFC West is turning out better than anyone expected, so these two teams need to work if they want to get in on the Wild Card.

The Upsets:
N.E. Chowderheads (2-1) 126.28 - Flaming Stewies (2-1) 109.30
For the second week in a row, the Chowderheads have upset a favored NFC East team.  The re-emergence of Brett Favre and Reggie Bush continuing to develop.  The Chowderheads have come out of nowhere so far this year and is looking to be the first NFC West team to earn a Wild Card berth.  With the way things have gone here early, things won't be slowing down anytime soon.

Bush City Baby Eaters (2-1) 83.17 - Pirates (1-2) 77.79
The Baby Eaters are 2-1? The Pirates are 1-2?  Something seems terribly wrong in the AFC West with the Pirates down in third place.  As the Bandits can tell you, a slow start can ruin a season.  The Baby Eaters on the other hand, somehow made it up to 2-1 and, while it is early, they are currently in position for the second Wild Card spot in the AFC.  While this pace probably won't keep up, they can still say they beat the defending champs.
