Week 2 Review and Power Rankings
Back by popular demand, a write-up on the league activity this past week.  The week was full of upsets and broken records leaving plenty to talk about
The Big Games:
Flaming Stewies (2-0) 157.54 - Anal at Bandcamp (1-1) 148.77
Looking at the score, AABC narrowly broke the single week record for highest score.  Unfortuantely, he ran into a hotter team that broke that same record
in the same week by 20 points.  Instead, AABC will enjoy a large point boost and a spot in the record books for the most points in a loss which stood for over a year.  The Stewies extedned their all-time lead over AABC to 4-1 (including playoffs), capturing the last 4 in a row.  This proved to be the game of the week as the NFC powerhouses both flexed their muscles and now look forward to next week.

Toronto Argonauts (2-0) 136.78 - Pirates (1-1)  95.73
The Argonauts showed off their power in this matchup between the two AFC division champs from a year ago.  The Argonauts enjoyed their first victory in two tries against the Pirates, as they were thrashed 142.49 - 110.55 as the Pirates cleared through for a Super Bowl title.  They are favorites this year and do no be surprised if they meet up again deep in the playoffs.

El Paso Bandits (2-0) 99.38 - Detroit Wolverines (1-1) 88.19
Two division rivals went head to head in this matchup which pushed the Wolverines behind in the division race.  The Wolves cannot be too discouraged with their effort as their point total will keep them up in the race.  With three tough matchups coming up, the Wolves might be wishing they pulled this one out.  Instead, the Bandits are back in action after missing the playoffs last year and making it to the AFC Championship game a year before.  The Argonauts have got to look out as the Bandits look to challenge for the division crown

The Upset
N.E. Chowderheads (1-1) 93.02 - Hotsauce (0-2) 78.82
The Chowderheads are part of a race in the NFC West that has not been this close... ever.  A 90+ point effort has not been seen often from this squad as the dominated Hotsauce who is off to a disapointing 0-2 start.  The Chowderheads have a rough matchup next week followed by a few beatable opponents.  If this team can keep it up, they will be in the hunt for a playoff spot late into the year.
Power Rankings
#1 Flaming Stewies (2-0) - Busting the points record against a top team.  Right now, there is no debate.
#2 Toronto Argonauts (2-0) - Best in the AFC just beat the defending champ and won't be slowing down
#3 Anal at Bandcamp (1-1) - Second highes point tally in a weak division, should be another good year
#4 Pirates (1-1) - Last year's champ won't go away after the last quality matchup
#5 El Paso Bandits (2-0) - They're back and after their win over the Wolves, they're going strong
#6 Wolverines (1-1) - 4th in points, but still has a loss.  They're for real again this year
#7 Somerville Spartans (1-1) - Underperforming, but still very good. They'll bounce back
#8 Capt. Acorn (1-1) - Off to a rough start, but has the talent to be at least above-average
#9 Finsmagic (1-1) - Getting it done in a conference lacking a clear #2 wild card leader
#10 Hotsauce (0-2) - More points than some 1-1 teams, but has got to start winning soon
#11 Vilma=God (1-1) - Off to a bad start, but always finds a way to hang around to the end
#12 Denver Roncos (1-1) - Not going anywhere, but nice to see the new guy in the win collum
#13 N.E. Chowderheads (1-1) - Could make a run at the playoffs, but looks doubtful
#14 Bush City Baby Eaters (1-1) - One win gets you up this high. Good luck on the next one
#15 Pat's Dynasty (0-2) - New owner, bad team, no duh.  This won't be a dynasty anytime soon
#16 Columbus L.C. (0-2) - No real reason, but this team sucks and it's Shane's team.  Sucks to be him
