Description

LOCATION: Hatch Lots comprise 44 acres between Grove Street, Prospect Street and Bowker Street. There is a public right of way from Prospect Street.

DIRECTIONS and PARKING: From Route 53, turn onto Grove Street at traffic light. Proceed 1.8 miles on Grove Street to property on right hand side of road. Parking for 2-3 cars is along roadside. The Conservation Commission sign is small.

The access to right of way on Prospect Street is almost directly across from intersection of Prospect and Jacobs Lane. There is street parking only.

TRAIL DESCRIPTION: The trail traverses a mixed forest between Grove and Prospect Streets. The trail crosses a small stream.

TRAIL LENGTH: Approximately 0.8 mile one way

TRAVEL TIME: 30 minutes one way
