Here are our Florida pictures. You can see Dex and Val on the trip down watching TV. It was great, they watched treehouse and Sarah and I watched movies. Coming back they didn't have the TVs in the back of the seats and it was awful. Dex just asked when we were going to be home and Valerie squirmed and whined the entire time. The only thing that kept her happy was lying on the aisle floor. That was great until the stuardess told us that someone puked there during the last flight. |

We finally arrived at Gramms and Popps' place in the Lake Village Retirement Community and it was great. The kids loved it, they ate breakfast on stools every morning and swam in the pool and Gramms and Popps treated them super nice. Sarah was not overly impressed by the gator that lived in the lake at Lake Village. |

Dex was very excited because we went to the Lightning vs Penguins game and he got to see one of his favourite players, Sidney Crosby. It was Crosby's first game back from injury so we were lucky to see him. Just in case he didn't play I was explaining to Dex that this Evgeni Malkin guy is really good too, Dex wasn't buying it. They actually had live Penguins at the game, but the girl holding the Penguin was a little scary looking. We went right down to the glass before the game started so Dex could get up close. In the pic to the right that is Crosby skating by. Dex was extremely excited to see him skate right by. |

We hit the beaches a few time. Lake Village is only a couple of minutes away from a nice beach where we saw some dolphins, made some sand castles and buried Dex. |

We also went mini-putting and went to an Aquarium. We used the GPS we got Gramms and Popps for Christmas to find everything, it was awesome. Dex shot a 72 at at mini-putt which was way better than I thought he could do. Val loves fish so she had a ball at the Aquarium. |

We went to a Jays game. You can see Sarah enjoying the sun and the game. You can see daddy trying to control to kids and not being able to see the game. |

We were lucky enough to be down there for Lake Village day. There was a parade that Popps and Sasha participated in. People decorated their cars, golf carts, bikes, and pets and then paraded them around the park. Then there were some games, Sarah was the hula hooper there. In the afternoon there was a dance where everyone was out showing their moves. |

It was a busy week so Valerie liked to wind down every night with a cold one. |
