| IMPORTANT I have received (and submitted to Council) troop financial records from the following troops: Brownies: Troop 3303 (Mason), 826 (Canty/Bailey), Troop 3310 (Hilliard), Troop 826(Pete) Juniors: Troop 3307 (Washington), Troop 3309 (Long) Cadettes: Troop 473 (Clay) Seniors: Troop 54 (Virgie Johnson) All remaining troops not listed above - you MUST turn in financial records - even if you did not have a bank account, you need to show information on dues and cookie money collected, and cash/checks collected for activities and field trips. If you are having any difficulties, please contact me, Lisa or your consultant. We would be happy to assist you in any way possible. Again, troop leaders will not be reappointed if their financials are not turned in. |

| "Not Quite Twilight Ice Cream Social" This will be a time to welcome back returning girls and any new girls. It will also be a time for leaders to meet with their consultants, talk with other leaders and exchange ideas. We will have workshops. The girls will work on arts & crafts, the music workshop, glamour workshop and a scavenger hunt. We will also make SWAPS, a sit-up-on and learn to pitch a tent. The time of the event will be from 4:00pm - 8:00pm The menu will consist of a Brownie Stew and ice cream with all the toppings. The service unit will provide the food. We will need a count of how many girls will attend by Friday. We are asking each leader to contact their girls and let us know how many will attend. We apologize for the last minute notice, but we wanted the girls to at least be able to enjoy an event before the end of summer. There will not be a charge for the girls since the service unit is providing the food. Let the girls know that they can bring a friend |
