| As at 5 March 2004 - General Information - What's New - FNCBA will be starting a women's baseball league in 2004, open to ages 14 years and above. The comeptition's major sponsor is Mary Gilhooleys. If we get four teams, $ 200.00 will be offered as a competition first prize and $ 100 for the runner up, spent at Mary Gilhooleys. The competition will most likely occur on Sundays. Masters - An over 35's Master Competition will run this year. We are asking for interest from players 35 years and above, who have previously played for the club, or whom might have children. Suitable for experienced and beginners. It is anticipated that a prize may also be available. Training - Some training is being held for Seniors and interested Juniors on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday at 5:30pm, with Geoff Baxter. AGM - Been and gone. Season Openers Major League and Division 1 Saturday 3 April 2004 Come and Try Days for Juniors, Womens, Seniors and Masters on same day - see below. All other grades and juniors begin after Easter. Muster Day Sunday 29th February, 9:30am, Albert Park - for all Juniors, Womens, Masters, and Seniors Come and Try Days Juniors Monday, March 7, 14, 21. This will be at Albert Park 5:30pm to 7pm. Saturday 3rd April at 8:30am Womens Sunday, March 7 and Sunday March 14. This will be at Albert Park at 10.00 am to 11:30 am.
