LAB #6: DUE
Greetings!
Please do the lab exercises in your book entitled, Statistics and
Probability, found on pages 221 through 229 of Appendix C - Excel
Applications. This will involve reading the material, doing Example Problem
4 and Example Problem 5, and making your spreadsheets look like the ones in the
book. You will have to create a spreadsheet and laboriously
type in the data shown on these pages of your textbook, work with it as
instructed,
and e-mail me back your stuff. IF THE COMPUTER YOU ARE WORKING WITH DOES
NOT HAVE ALL THE FUNCTIONS YOU NEED, you may need to load in the data
analysis tools (ref. page 224), but I am confident you can do it should the
need arise.
NAME YOUR SPREADSHEET AS FOLLOWS: your initials followed by STAT1.
