SPICEY
PORK CHOPS

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp  Lemon Juice
4 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp freshly grated Ginger
1/2 small onion - sliced
4 Pork Chops
Dry White Wine
METHOD
Mix together:
Soya Sauce, Lemon Juice, Brown Sugar, and Ginger.
Pour this mixture over the Pork Chops
and leave for at least 4 hours,
turning them from time to time.
Place the chops in an ovenproof dish,
large enough to hold them in a single layer.
Pour the Wine over the chops until 1/2 cm deep.

Cover and Bake 180deg.C. for 45 mins, or until tender.
Remove cover for the last 5 mins. to lightly brown.
