HONEY CHICKEN 1 kg. chicken pieces 1 clove of garlic, crushed 75g. butter 1/2 cup honey 1 tbsp grated orange 1 tbsp curry powder Method Soften butter, beat well. Add the garlic, honey, grated orange and curry. Mix together well. Wipe the chicken peices dry, before placing in a shallow baking dish. Pour the mix over the chicken. Bake 40 mins @ 190 deg. C. or until golden brown. |
