Dave (photo to left)
Calvin Astroth

Dave McReynolds plays "The Paranoid Genius" Calvin Astroth, captain of the legendary NPW three-man tag team "The Untouchables". Dave's the brother-in-law of fellow UT member [and picture-taker] Doug King , aka Timmy Fantastico, and a longtime friend to NPW President BC, who plays UT member TJ Killingbeck. Dave's shown here with wife Lesley and daughter Megan on January 17th, 2003,  just a few scant hours after Megan's birth. For more pictures of the grand event, and for general information on the Untouchables themselves, head over to www.untouchablesunlimited.cjb.net!
Antoine (photo to right and below)
"Corrupt" Keith Edwards

We have no idea what the hell is going on in this picture to the right, but the womenfolk don't seem to mind, so we won't say anything about Antoine's maniacal scream to the right here if you won't. Antoine plays "Corrupt" Keith Edwards of "The Wrecking Crew", and tells us constantly that while he's not only not just a great guy, he's also our "paternal figure".
Dan J. (photo above)
Jaime "The Gift" McNulty

Dan's one of "The Genetic Monkeys" - the NPW staff - and one of the most stalwart of them to boot. Handling Jaime "The Gift" McNulty of "The Wrecking Crew", Dan, (who's shown here with perhaps the world's cutest kid, his three year-old daughter Keira) does so much for NPW that you'd barf if you knew the extent of it. I know we all have, what with the quantity and quality of his stuff on all fronts. Like, big honkin' chunks of upchucked dinner kind of barf... wait, too far. Anyhow, Dan's definitely the man around the Dub, and his direction behind the scenes as well as his work in front of the curtain being super top-notch. There's no doubt that he's the diamond in the rough, and we all thank the stars for the day that Johnny brought him on board.
Dan's disappeared now, but we remember him fondly.
Dan R. (photo below)
"The Sensation' Danny Vicious

We're of the belief that the bad mo-fo below here sent in this large picture for two reasons : one, so that he could frighten the living hell out of anyone who viewed it, and two, so that our write-up about him had to be a lot longer. We're buying the "frighten the living hell" bit - Danny's a big man - but he obviously underestimates our ability to bullshit ad nauseum... or at least to shrink picture sizes. Danny, a Hamiltonian native (God having apparently snubbed him cruelly by denying him Torontonian birth) has departed NPW now, but will always be remembered as The Sensation".
Tom Charles (right)
The Demonstone Clan

Tommy's one of the oldest and perhaps the single all-time best workhorse in NPW's family of handlers, in terms of his ability to keep plugging away week after week. Tommy's so well-liked around here it's insane, and after taking Gregor, Dominic and Kurgan Demonstone to title after title, he's done just about everything there is to do inside the company. Where many of NPW's handlers chose to find success in the CAL or take a lighter lad, Tom's chosen the other path : the path of simple straight-up roleplaying. The Demonstones are his creations, and he's always trying to bring out new ideas for them - and what's even cooler is that he's apparently met Ivan Koloff, who he's shown here with on the right. Lucky bastard.... but we love him anyhow. You know. In a completely heterosexual male bonding kind of way. Not that there's anything wrong with... I'll just be quiet now, shall I? Anyways, in the words of Dave McReynolds, his biggest fan... GOOOO TOMMY!
Carey Lee(above)
E-Normus Norman & Boris Rashkov

Have you seen this man? Known only as "Comrade Rubber Chicken", the individual shown above has terrorized the NPW boards for many a month, shocking the world with hilarity and hijinx. Wanted in four provinces and sixteen states for "Impersonation of an Adult", he was last seen in Burma, having gone into seclusion in an attempt to find a new way to pronounce the letter "L".....

Either that, or it's just Carey, who's either trying out for the part of Arthur Dent in a local stage production of
Hitch-Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy or who's simply dead, dead inside. Looking at this picture, you'd think the man was some sort of accountant who's a good candidate to snap and cream his co-workers, but in reality, Carey's the former boss of BC and one heck of a funny guy. As E-Normus Norman and "Comrade Rubber Chicken" Boris Rashkov, Carey provides endless hours of entertainment and humour - which is no surprise, seeing as how stand-up comedy and improv are his bag, baby.
Martin Solotki (above)
Marty Sugar, Freddie "Wild Eyes" Stankowski

His name's long been synonymous with the 'Dub : Martin "Marty Sugar" Solotki's not only been here since day one, he's one of the reasons it ever got off the ground in the first place. The former fedhead of [amonst other places] the now-defunct CWL, an old NPW partner, Martin's provided countless hours of work both on the NPW roleplay boards and behind the scenes. In fact, his name's so ingrained in our collective psyche that it's hard to think of him as "Martin" at all : he's Marty Sugar, baby! That's probably because the Sugar character is a play on the man himself - Martin's also a real-life professional wrestler out on Canada's west coast. He's played other characters in the past around NPW as well, and while none might not stand out more than "The Big Bad Sugar Daddy", he's also the man who portrays Freddie "Wild Eyes" Stankowski.... the evolution of yet another role he plays in the real-life ring, the bizarre Darwin. Always around to land a helping hand, Martin's one of the most staunch "Genetic Monkey" staff members - and that's the whole truth, and nothing but the Sugar-Coated Truth! Be sure to click on Martin's personal homepage in our "Links" section, and check out his always-entertaining commentary, linked to our homepage. It's money, baby!
Tim "BC" Wood (above and below)
TJ Killingbeck, Lonny "Boom-Boom" Bash, NPW fedhead

Behold the majesty of the Toronto area's answer to King Arthur's Round Table : Shaun's garage. Tim's shown above inside the magical place that is the garage of best pal Shaun Harcus, who has absolutely no interest in efedding at all. We'll forgive him for that, because it's a good place to smoke and shoot the crap pretty much any day of the week.

What he's doing below will make Doug King freak when he sees this, and is part of a practical joke that only half-succeeded... and which will now be explained below. Muahahaha! Hey, Doug takes Master Card! [Click to enlarge photo.]
Tracy Anderson (above)
Amalie

Tracy - one of NPW's and Toronto's newest imports - plays the enigmatic Amalie, who's character came in under the "levelling the playing field ruling" and who's been correctly dubbed as "the fastest-rising young star in NPW." Tracy comes to the Dub from the CAL, where she was best known as the handler of CAL World Tag Team champion Loki. An incredibly skilled writer, Tracy has this tendency to draw you into her storylines and make you drool for more the following week. She's bound for Dub greatness, having already won the NPW title - and we're glad to have her both in the promotion, and now in our hometown!

Jason Royalty (left)
Rob Brimstone

If you wanna talk "old-school" NPW, look no further than the man behind the greatest NPW champion of all-time, Rob Brimstone :
RAVEN! No, we're just kidding. The big guy chumming it up with Johnny Polo here is the king of NPW champions, Jason Royalty. "Good Ol' JR"  came to NPW after the fall of Martin Solotki's CWL, joining us at the same time as the handlers of the Demonstones, Direwolf, and Ric Owens. Brimstone took virtually every title NPW had to offer, and culminated his incredible record by becoming the longest-reigning NPW champion ever. He was also the Chief Genetic Monkey for eons before taking control of our fledgling Big West Wrestling spinoff fed and combining that with the failing KWF in the CAL to make the hugely successful Big West Wrestling Alliance. We love JR like a brother, 'cause he's the man - and you should, too.
