| Entries will be accepted Wednesday, July 28, 2004 from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Special Notices 1. Articles having received prizes at any previous Fair cannot be entered. 2. Any article considered unworthy in any class, where there is no competition, will not be awarded a premium. 3. All articles must be made by the exhibitor. 4. In case of a dispute, or misunderstanding, in any class of crafts and hobbies, the decisions of the judges and/or Superintendent will be considered fair, impartial and final.
