| 1. All entries exhibited, in any class, should be original (created by the exhibitor - not copies)m and not previously shown at this fair. 2. Prizes will be awarded an original work signed by the exhibitor as being his own creation. 3. All items exhibited at the owner's risk. 4. ALL PAINTINGS AND DRAWINGS MUST BE FRAMED OR MATTED, AND EQUIPPED WITH WIRE FOR HANGING - NO STRING OR TAPE. WORK IS DISPLAYED ON PEG BOARD, IF ITEM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR HANGING, IT MUST BE REMOVED FROM EXHIBIT. 5. One entry may be submitted in each class. 6. Exhibited work will not be removed prior to 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 7, 2004 by the exhibitor or representative. 7. Miniatures must not exceed 4x4 inches. 8. Children, ages 7 to 14 may exhibit original drawings and paintings under Division II. A & B. 9. Prizes will not be awarded on work below certain standards in any class. 10. In case of a dispute or misunderstanding, in any class of Art, the decisions of the Judges and/or Superintendent of the Art Department, will be considered fair, impartial, and final.
