| In an effort to improve the quality of displays of potatoes and other vegetables, a substantial premium will be offered to displays that reflect a good quality for the duration of the fair. Therefoer it will be necessary to replace some or all potatoes or vegetables during the week. A display includes all vegetables or potatoes entered by one individual.
