| Leader's Meeting Agenda September 11th, 2008 1.) Welcome/Moment of Silence We remembered all those who lost their lives in 911 2.) Training Log (SUM) Here Nancy passed around the log so that Leaders could up date what trainings they have received lately. 3.) Name Tags order If you would like to order a name tag please see Nancy she can order these up for you. 4.) New Member Night. New Member Night will be held Tuesday Sept. 16th from 7-8 at Richardson school. If you would like to help out please arrive at 6:30 5. Fall Round Up Parade. The parade line up is at 2pm at North High School. We will travel over the new bridge and turn on to main street and end at the old grocery store. 6.) Haunted House ( Margo) Margo and her 4th grade troop will be hosting the haunted house this year. It will be at Carole's House ( see directory for address) Haunted house will take place on October 25, 2008 starting at 4 pm please contact Margo to sign up. This will be the last year it will be at Caroles so please lets make this the best year ever. 7.) Day Camp The theme for Day camp 2009 will be a Mardigras/Carnival. The Dates will be July 27-31.This last day filled up very fast with girls from our service unit, Oakdale, Woodbury and Stillwater. Cindy has already had some of those service teams ask ubout the new day camp for 2009 so it will prabally fill up fast as well. Cindy will have more info for us when it is available. 8.) Help Needed: * St. Peter School Coordinator * Older Girl Coordinator- Karen Thole stepped up for this role. *Singing Saturday- * Visiting Artist- Chris Metz from troop 51616 stepped up for this role * Sunday Funday- Margo Otto stepped up for this role * Sock Hop- Joyce stepped up for this role * Encampment * Super Cool Seminars 9.)
