Service Unit Expectations:

   Deadlines- please be respectful of deadlines we will be firm on enforcing them this year.
    a deadline is a deadline for a reason.
   All girls must be REGISTERED no siblings or non registered girls allowed at any event.

Councils Guides available (2 per troop)

Trainings: A training log was passes around
                 All training current training must be completed before the end of Nov.
                 SPARK is being held in Oct.

Finance Repor
ts are due. A few still need to be turned in. You know who you are ;)
Please turn in your Finance Reports to Carole A. no later then Sept 30th.


Sunshine Fund
- The Sunshine Chairperson sends cards/flowers to service unit members who need a bit of sunshine! (births, illness, etc.) The Sunshine Fund was passed around tonight and again in October. Please consider donating $1 or $2 dollars if you are able. If you know of someone in need of sunshine, please let Nancy G. of troop 937 know.

Registration Night
is Tuesday, September 18th at Richardson School in the cafeteria 7-8 pm. School coordinators, we need you there! It would be great if we had two leaders from each school to help parents fill out forms and answer their questions.
We could also use help setting up at around 6 pm. Please help out if you can!
DESPERATELY NEED OLDER GIRL TROOPS TO HELP!


Fall Round-up Para
de in North St. Paul is Saturday, September 22, 2006 Line-up is at 12:30.  Please call Dawn Fisher for more information.

Haunted Hous
e is  Saturday, October 27th. Need older girls to help plan event please call Wanda. Sign up and payment due in October.

Encampment:
We have 187 girls and 70 adults attending. Nee permission slips and health forms at sign in these will be returned to you after cleanup. The packing list is located at this link Encampment

Sock Hop: There is a Possible conflict on the date that Joan is checking with St Peters on.
  Service project is socks for Alley Shop
  We have a DJ and someone for refreshments

BOS- need to get people trained. ( parents and leaders)

What have you done lately: Nancy Gerhardson made a board to help gather info for a 3 ring binder. 

Pam Germ is Planning Visiting Artist. This year is going to be a medical theme. to be held Feb. 16th @ North Presbyterian. They are working on their Silver award - Sat. 5th 2008 at Feed My Starving Children @ the Eagan location times available are 11:30-1:30  2-4 4:30-6:30. This is for 3rd grade and up they will also get a patch.  MORE INFO TO FOLLOW IN OCTOBER

Terry Georke and her troop are working on their Bronze Award
They are planning a cookie rally on Sat. January 12th for Brownies , Jrs. & Cadettes
