Tuna Noodle Casserole

2 c medium noodles (cooked)
1 tin mushroom soup
2 cans tuna fish, drained
1/2 c milk
2 Tb butter
1 medium onion
frozen mixed vegetables
2 c crushed potato chips

In a microwave and oven safe dish (I use a covered casserole dish), saute onion in butter for a few minutes in the microwave.

Add tuna, mushroom soup, milk, vegetables and cooked noodles. Stir well and top with a layer of crushed potato chips.

Bake in a 350 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

Serves six.
