1/2 c olive oil
1 c pine nuts
dash of tabasco
chopped parsley
1 c chopped onion
3/4 tsp paprika
5 c hot cooked rice
salt and pepper
Saute onions in oil until transparent.
Add paprika and tabasco (don't breathe
in the steam!).
Add rice, nuts and parsley.
Toss and cook to heat through.
