Orange Pecan Pumpkin Pie

1 1/2 c pumpkin
1 c brown sugar
1 Tb flour
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Grated rind of 1 orange
1/2 c orange juice
1 c undiluted evaporated milk

In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin, brown sugar, flour, ginger, salt and spices. Add eggs, orange rind, orange juice and evaporated milk. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue to bake for 30 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

Top with the following:

1 c chopped pecans
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c melted butter

Stir together and cover pie. Broil for 3 minutes until bubbly. Serve with whipped cream!
