Lasagne

2 lbs ground beef
6 c spagetti sauce
1 Kg bag of dry curd cottage cheese
1 box lasagne noodles (cooked)
1 lb brick mozarella cheese, shredded
1 beaten egg
1 tsp parsley

You will need two 12 by 8 pans for this recipe.

Brown beef and drain. Add spagetti sauce and heat to just boiling. Shred all the cheese and set some aside for the topping. Mix remainder with cottage cheese, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. Ladle 1 cup of meat sauce in each pan. Add a layer of noodles, then 1 cup of the cheese mixture. Add 1 cup of the meat sauce. Repeat twice and top with cheese slices.

Bake one pan in a 350 oven until bubbly (about 35 minutes). Wrap in foil and freeze the second pan. To serve the frozen lasagne, pre-heat the oven to 400. Heat frozen lasagne for 75 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more. Each pan serves six.
