Agreement term: 1/7/2008 to 3/31/2009
Eligibility: To be eligible you must be a NEI member racer or time trial.
NortheastIron to provide:
1. All NortheastIron RACERS must display two 'Astro' mini decals, one on each side of the car. Racers
must run at least one Astro manufactured and/or assembled component from the list below. A picture of
the car with decals is also required to redeem contingency money.
- Eligible components: Astro new or reman A-5 transmissions or new A-5 gear kits.
2. All NortheastIron TIME TRIALERS must display one 'Astro' mini decal on the front, side or rear of the
car/glass to be eligible.
3. NortheastIron will promote Astro on the main NortheastIron webpage and also on the NortheastIron
points page.
4. NortheastIron members will make efforts to promote Astro via message boards, word of mouth, etc.
Astro Performance Warehouse to provide:
1. Astro will provide 'Astro' bucks for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place RACE winners of each NortheastIron race for
a maximum of 12 races in 2008.
a. 'Bucks' amounts: Use of A-5 Transmissions: 1st - $100, 2nd - $75, and 3rd $50.
OR
Use of A-5 gear kits: 1st - $50, 2nd - $35, and 3rd - $25.
b. 'Bucks' can be used for purchases from Astro.
c. 2008 'Bucks' must be used by 3/31/09 or they will be forfeited.
d. To redeem your 'Bucks' contact Astro Performance via phone or email.
2. Astro will also provide all NortheastIron members with the following discounts which are subtracted from
full retail cost: 20% off manual transmission parts and components, 10% off drivetrain components
(clutches, shifters, select rear end components) and 5% off rebuilt and new 5 & 6 speed transmission
assemblies.
3. Astro will supply the required decals to NortheastIron racers and time trialers at no charge. 'Astro'
standard decals not to exceed 100 square inches. 'Astro' mini decals not to exceed 25 square inches.

each side of the car to be eligible.
2. All NortheastIron TIME TRIALERS must display one 'Arts Performance Parts' mini decals on
the front or rear of the car/glass to be eligible.
3. NortheastIron will promote Arts Performance Parts on the main NortheastIron webpage and also
on the NortheastIron points page.
4. NortheastIron racers will make efforts to promote Arts Performance Parts via message boards,
word of mouth, etc.
Arts Performance Parts to Provide:
1. Arts Performance Parts will provide a cash purse for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place RACE winners of
each NortheastIron race for a maximum of 12 races in 2008.
a. Purse amounts: 1st - $50, 2nd - $30 and 3rd - $20 for each race.
b. Purse amounts will accumulate and be paid one time at the end of the season.
c. Winners must request purse payout from Arts Performance Parts via mail, email or phone.
Requests may be made from 12/31/08 to 3/31/09. Any remaining purses after 3/31/09
will be forfeited.
2. Arts Performance Parts will also provide RACERS and TIME TRIALERS with a 5% discount
on all orders.
3. Arts Performance Parts will supply the required decals to NortheastIron racers and time trialers
at no charge. 'Arts Performance Parts' standard decals not to exceed 100 square inches. 'Arts
Performance Parts' mini decals not to exceed 25 square inches.
Note: This agreement has no affiliation with Hoosier Tire, Hankook Tire, Kumho Tire, Goodyear
tire or Toyo Tire.

each side of the car to be eligible.
2. All NortheastIron TIME TRIALERS must display one 'philstireservice' mini decal on the
vehicle glass to be eligible.
3. NortheastIron will promote Phils Tire Service on the main NortheastIron webpage and also
on the NortheastIron points page.
4. NortheastIron RACERS will also make efforts to promote Phils Tire Service via message
boards, word of mouth, etc.
Phils Tire Service to Provide:
1. Phils Tire Service will provide 'PhilsTireService Bucks' for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place RACE
winners of each NortheastIron race for a maximum of 12 races in 2008.
a. 'Bucks' amounts: 1st place - 50 bucks, 2nd place - 35 bucks, and 3rd place - 15 bucks
for each RACE.
b. 'Bucks' payouts: 1-3 starters - pays 1st position
4-6 starters - pays 1st and 2nd position
7 or more starters - pays 1st, 2nd and 3rd position
c. 'Bucks' can be used to purchase either Hoosier race tires, Hankook race tires, Kumho
race tires or Toyo race tires from Phils Tire Service.
d. 2008 'Bucks' must be used by 3/31/09 or they will be forfeited.
e. To redeem your 'Bucks', order your tires from Phils Tire Service, mention your 'Bucks'
totals, and your 'Bucks' amount will be subtracted from your order total.
2. Phils Tire Service will provide RACERS and TIME TRIALERS with a free 'Phils Tire Service'
shirt for every set of 4 race tires ordered.
3. Phils Tire Service will supply the required decals to NortheastIron RACERS and TIME
TRIALERS at no charge. 'PhilsTireService.com' standard decal size is not to exceed 100
square inches. 'PhilsTireService.com' mini decals not to exceed 25 square inches.

NortheastIron to Provide:
1. All NortheastIron RACERS located near and who will use the closest dyno sponsor must display
two of their standard decals, one on each side of the vehicle to be eligible.
2. All NortheastIron TIME TRIALERS located near and who will use the closest dyno sponsor
must display one of their mini decals on the front or rear of the vehicle/glass to be eligible.
3. NortheastIron will promote the above dyno sponsors on the main NortheastIron webpage.
4. NortheastIron Racers and Time Trialers will make efforts to promote the above dyno sponsors
via message boards, word of mouth, etc.
Mustang Magic and Bruces Speed to Provide:
1. Mustang Magic and Bruces Speed will provide 2 free standard dyno pulls per year to all
RACERS.
2. Mustang Magic and Bruces Speed will also provide RACERS and TIME TRIALERS with 25%
off all other dyno services.
3. Mustang Magic and Bruces Speed will supply the required decals to NortheastIron Racers and
Time Trialers at no charge. Standard decals not to exceed 100 square inches. Mini decals not to
exceed 25 square inches.

1. Fast Forward on Track Photography will provide event photography for NortheastIron races,
time trials and awards ceremony during the 2008 season.
