Fridays event welcomed warm dry weather on the new NJMP thunder circuit.  Team Mohr took the pole with a record setting 1:34.484 qualifying lap and converted that to a win during the race.  Bill McNerney brought out his new #97 machine but broke a rocker stud which ended his weekend early.  Eric Bellows was back with his freshly redone rear suspension and transmission and ran well all weekend.
Saturdays races brought rain and heavy wind forcing all to compete on a rain setup.  The rain was welcome though as racers had fun slipping and sliding and occasionally an off road trip but the day went clean with no contact or damage.  Team Mohr once again took the pole with a 1:52.088 qualifying lap with Watson right behind and Eric Bellows 3rd.  At race time the skies cleared and the track started to dry up, Mohr and Watson stayed on the wet setup while Eric Bellows ran slicks.  The track continued to dry during the race and the rain held off, Mohr took the win followed by Watson and Bellows.
