This is a wonderful independent dealer in Hagerstown who supplies galleries (the Corcoran) and local Universities. He delivers to your home with a decent sized order, or if he's down on a delivery, usually within a few days.

These are all Acid-Free materials.
Boards are 32 x 40 in 2(thin)ply or 4(regular) ply.
4 ply is the usual mat board.
2 ply is useful is you need to save on space. It also makes excellent drawer liner.

A variety of colors and tones are available, but for our purposes the useful colors are:
Bright white - good for B&W
Warm white - good for color
---avoid---
Antique - too yellow
Natural - more yellow than antique

The Somerset Velvet (non-photo) that I've underlined is used by many as a fine art inkjet paper. There is also a photo offering as well.
