| All great sporting companies have a special place, or spot that they like to call their own. Billabong have Margret river, Ferrari have Monza, Nike have Old Trafford (ahem) the list goes on. Sadly, we at Northbay will never know what it's like to be a 'Great' sporting company, to be honest we're still having trouble with the 'Company' bit. Anyway, we might not be great, but we do have our spot! It may be polluted, with usually shite surf and be frequented by dum-ass, inbred, rednex, but hell, Trow Rock, in South Shields is our shit hole! Well even the worst places in the world can be good! And this afternoon proves it! As we pulled up in the carpark, we were greeted by the sweetest 3-4ft surf you'll ever be likely to see! Sweet! And just for once Neilly B had no excuses! Game on!!! So having got out of bed on the right side, put the correct sock on first, chucked sand over his left shoulder, said 34 hail-mary's, and all the other crazy shit that has to go on before Neilly B gets himself in the "ZONE" , The boy done good! carving-up Trow, like a man who actually knows how to ride a bodyboard!
