Far Cotton
Far Cotton has been part of Northampton historically for a while. Along the Towcester Road and London Road with shopping along the Cotton End and St Leonards Road, Far Cotton is a popular place to live with its location to the town centre. Home to Delapre Park a pictureous country park the former railway lines can still be seen which rolled through the Cotton End and on to Brackmills. Home to Airflow, Letts Road Industrial Estate and Ransome Road industrial estate and the Avon HQ. Far Cotton does have some areas which are known for crime but new high rise flats along the River Nene are very lucrative as flats in the Cotton End and Southbridge pop up here, there and everywhere.
