Orchid Club Serving The South Florida Orchid Enthusiast Since 1963 Welcome to the North Dade Orchid Club, one of the oldest orchid societies in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The North Dade Orchid Club meets on the fourth Monday of every month at the McDonald Center, 17051 NE 19th Avenue in North Miami Beach, right behind the NMB City Hall. Our regular meetings begin at 7:00 PM and include an informative guest speaker. It's a great opportunity to learn about growing orchids. The meetings are conveniently located near I-95, off Miami Gardens Drive, and attended by orchid enthusiasts from the North Dade and South Broward County areas. Monday August 24^th, 2009 Mini-Auction - Orchids and More Starting at 7:00 PM Doors open at 6:15 PM This month the club holds its 3^rd Mini-Auction. There will be 60+ orchids in bloom and other colorful plants, including bromeliads, cactus and more. Be there before 7:00 PM to get registered and preview the plants on the auction block. Auctioneer Roy R. will be calling the bids. And there will be ample refreshments and snacks to enjoy throughout the evening. Payments can be made with cash or personal checks.
