"Breeder" of "Fine" German Shepherds

They CLAIM they breed fine German Shepherds and that ALL of their breeding stock is certified by the OFA, but a check on the OFA website shows only a SMALL number who hips and elbows are mostly rated FAIR
When a dog I bought from the developed hip dysplasia, I immediately faxed them about it, but Jane Dancosse LIED and said she never received a fax. That is not the only lie she has told. The aforementioned dog also did not have proper AKC papers. The papers she sent me said his bloodlines were American Show, yet his conformation and temperament suggested German Bloodlines, which she said she had a test litter at the same time that I bought this dog from her. She ordered me not to speak of this litter as she did not know how the puppies would turn out. When I asked her about it a couple of years later, she LIED and claimed she never had a German test litter and that I must have heard her wrong. She also downgraded "owner-handlers" on many occasions and said that not sending the dog to "professional" handlers is why nice dogs kept losing in the show ring.
