AN OPEN LETTER TO RALPH GENE HUDSON, HUDSON REALTY AND THE OWNERS OF WOODLAND HEIGHTS APARTMENTS

It appears that one or more people are not satisfied that you were successful and illegal eviction of me from the Woodland Heights Apartments. None of you seem to want to leave me alone and wish to continue your persecution and threats of violence from one of your tenants. Ok, if that is what you wish to do, but believe me when I tell you that it will be relayed to everyone in Boone County and wherever else I send it.

Your tenant, Ms. Sellers, is at it again -- as if she ever stopped. That is, she claims to have received an anonymously written letter several days ago she claims I wrote. This is not the first time she claimed I have written her such a letter. Although she has not revealed to friends and neighbors the contents ( as far as we know), she claims it is threatening. She has gone so far as to demand the police arrest me. So far, no police officer has visited me about this. This weekend Ms. Sellers had an interesting conversation with a friend in with she mentioned running me down with her car and also that she couldn't miss me at 50 yards with a shotgun since I was such a big target. Her plan was to wait until I was at the Trolley stop and then shoot me. She has also claimed that I was stalking her when I walk past her house on the way to the Trolley stop. By the way, how did she gain access to my files at Hudson Realty when I am not allowed to see my files??? Did she help Johnnie Curtis plant false information and complaints in my file??? She mentioned several things that was in it and how thick it was (about 1 inch thick) due to all of the letters and emails in it. She is also very irritated with the fact that the police know where I live and have not picked me up yet. As has been quite obvious for well over 2 years, this woman hates me with a deep-seated passion and does she plan to carry out her plans to shoot me or run me over with her car??? Some people have done violence to others with far less reason. Knowing these facts, can you and will you fully guarantee my safety???

This is a dangerous and unstable woman who is still living at the Woodland Heights Apartments (now owned by William and Judith Chatterton), who has threatened myself, people living in the Woodland Heights Apartment complex (apartment buildings A-C), and she has also threatened to behead small children with a very large knife. I know these things to be factual as I have spoken to the people involved. And she still lives there alongside others whose lifestyles prove they are not living in accordance to the state rules and policies of Woodland Heights apartments. Will you be doing something about this or will you ignore it as you have all of the other times we have told you of the underhanded and secretive activities of Ms. Sellers, Mrs. Curtis and yourself???

And the sad saga of Martha Sellers goes on and on and on and on and when it will stop is anyone's guess. Late yesterday afternoon, a police officer came to our door but I was not surprised as we had been expecting a visit from the police for some time.

The officer explained to me that he was there to get my side of the story as it appears that Martha Sellers had gotten another "threatening" letter within the past few days that she claims is from me. The officer did not elaborate as to the contents. Since this is the third or fourth such letter, we would like to see what she feels I have said to her. Also, if it was handwritten, we would like to see the handwriting.

Martha is more than angry, it seems, as she feels the police won't do anything and she claims they are laughing at her and won't take her seriously. We doubt this rather seriously or the officer would not have taken the time to come see what I had to say. I know we surely take her seriously to the point to where I have altered my routines to avoid going by Martha's house at the Woodland Heights apartment complex (A-C Buildings).

We would like to see the end of this entire issue but we know that we will not as long as Martha is obsessed with my demise or arrest by the Harrison Police. This obsession seems to be heavily tinged with overtones of an unhealthy and abnormal hatred and and intense desire for something bad to happen to me. These feelings did not happen overnight or in the last few months, her imagined "blood feud" started when I moved into the apartments now owned by William and Judith Chatterton. From that day forward, Mrs. Curtis began her efforts to make me uncomfortable enough to leave the apartments, through Ms. Seller's tirades against me personally, and also Mrs. Curtis's refusal to fix my hot water heater, and various other items in my apartment, for over 5 months. I was without hot water for five months. After Mrs. Curtis realized I was not going to leave, she wrote the two letters (page two of this website) thereby successfully evicting me after about 9 months of tenancy. Even though I left quietly it did not end there, the stories got worse and more frequent as neighbors would tell us when they were away from the apartments and unseen by Martha as they are afraid of her and her temper.

Then Ms. Sellers began calling the police claiming that on several occasions I encouraged Robin (my dog) to attack her. When that did not work, for the better part of a year, an outraged and persistent Ms. Sellers has been insisting that the police arrest me for "threatening" letters. What or whom has encouraged her to feel certain that I have been "threatening" her??? She hates almost everyone, particularly southerners and the South, but her hostility knows no bounds when it comes to me. Someday we would like to know why.

We again ask why Ralph Gene Hudson is letting a violent minded person such as Martha remain in her apartment and upset the comfort and security of the other tenants. AND threatening the life of a former tenant who still lives in the neighborhood. We truly feel the day will come when she will see me somewhere, her temper will snap and she will try to do something to kill me. As long as I am alive and unarrested, Ms. Sellers will never leave me alone. When that day happens, William Chatterton, Judith Chatterton AND Ralph Gene Hudson will be personally held responsible for my death or injury as he has been told numerous times of this woman's alleged grievance against me and that she has threatened my life. Someone had better figure out how to handle Martha before she actually hurts me. She needs to know that it is ok to let me live. Simply telling her to leave me alone is not working as it is like waving a red flag in front of a bull!!!
