On this day; I have no gift,
I made this page with hope,
Your spirit I could lift,
We met the night; you walked my way,
Over the next hours; I so wanted you to stay,
Then I gave you; a double glance;
Thank the lord; you asked me to dance;
You broke through my walls; being charming and smart,
Just being yourself; you won the love in my heart
Now that we're married; I cherish you each day,
My wish is to make you happy; in every way,
That you will never know a minute; without feeling my love,
I pray this for you my darling; and thank the lord above,
Your love is a treasure; I'll never ignore,
For the rest of our lives; it's you I'll adore.
