Students will be expected to follow the honor code at all times. Failure to do so may result in suspension from the class. Personal integrity, honor and honesty are imperative qualities for everyone.

Student Expectations
*You are responsible for your own behavior and you will be held accountable
*Students must obey all rules listed in their student handbook while in my class
*Gum chewing, food and drinks are not permitted in class for safety reasons
*Hands, feet, and objects will be kept to yourself
*There are consequences for any classroom disruption or any form of disrespect... make sure you choose your actions carefully
Make-up Assignments/Absences
*YOU are responsible for making up work you missed while absent
*Missed assignments must be completed within 3 days upon returning from an excused absence
*A GOOD RULE: Plan on staying after school the day you return from an absence, even if you don't have Biology that day.
*A BETTER RULE: Don't be absent!
Homework
*Homework must be copied from the board into your student planner
*If you are absent, homework can be obtain from the class website
*Homework will be checked daily for completion (homework is due on the desk before the tardy bell rings... no late homework... no passes to lockers for homework... it is as much your responsibility to bring your work to class as it is to complete the assignment)
*Homework will be collected periodically for a grade
