Norris Ishito is probably one of the best RPG characters I've ever seen in the Square world. His attitude is that of cool, calm and collected yet a big bundle of justice, kind of like Amelia from Slayers (except MUCH more settled down). He has a very kind heart and speaks with respect to everyone. His mannerism is really polite, even to people like Karsh who jerk him around a lot. Norris doesn't seem to show any kind of bad temper thoughout the game, but we dont know for sure as he didn't have much of a background. He also seems to have respect and admiration for Serge.
He at first follows his orders from the General to do the wrong doings the Porre Army has done to this day. Even when Lynx influenced them, he was taken over by the greed, BUT, soon realized that he needed to stand up for his beliefs.
