All of our puppies are family raised and are born in our home. We breed for Quality and Temperment, NOT FOR EYE COLOR. All puppies are A.K.C. Registered with a Limited Registration, (not for breeding or showing, Pet only and must be spayed or neutered ) or a Full Registration (show or breeding) Any person purchasing a puppy for PET, must sign a spay/neuter contract and AKC papers will be held by the Breeder/Seller until proof of spaying or neutering is provided by a Licensed Veterinarian to the Breeder/Seller by the Purchaser. We guarantee our puppies for hip dysplasia and cataracts. Our Puppies are wormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age, and recieve vaccinations at 4 and 6 weeks, and at 8 weeks of age they recieve vaccinations and a Florida State Health Certificate issued by a Certified Veterinarian. A Deposite is required to hold a puppy, and is non-refundable should the purchaser change their mind on purchasing the puppy. Because we do not breed for eye color, any person wanting a puppy held until eye color is known will not be able to do so and should someone else want to put a deposite on that same puppy and does not care about eye color will be allowed to do so.
