| In The Mouth of Madness 4.5 Cheeses Cast John Trent: Sam Niel In Search for cane Stiles: Book Editor Also in search of Cane Sutter Cane: Crazy author Plot Trying to describe this movies plot is like trying to describe the similarities of Baseball and a guinie pig. Bad comparison. Well Sutter Cane is missing. He is the best seeling author on Earth. His books do affect some people though. Trent is sent to find him. Him and stiles wind up in Hobbs End a creepy little town wich Cane's books take place in. A bunch of crazy stuff ensues. Things from his newest book are happening in real life. Everything is just like what's in the book. We soon find out that, haha you thought that I would reveal the confusing-ness of the ending!!! You were wrong, hahaha. Though the ending is really the begining.Though you really have to watch it more than once to fully understand it at all. SFX Some really creepy imagas of demon kids. An awsome scene were Cane rips himself like a page. Some of the monsters were kind of cheesey though. All around good effects. Gore some blood ax smack dog bites nasty demon kids bleeding eyes DVD: Well the best thing on this DVD is the theatrical trailer. Not much but, there is a commentary but it isn't very good and is mostly about the lighting. I do wish that the menus were animated but since this wasn't a PLATNUM SERIES New Line didn't put much effort into it. I Learned Never try and understand some movies Sam Niel is cool If super weird crap starts happening, leave Never go into evil looking churches expsecially if the is a warning sign Bottom Line In the Mouth of Madness is in my opinion one of John Carpenters best films. It is very confusing and crazy at times and leaves you thinking about it for days. That's what's so cool about it. Go buy it now. Also, NEW LINE PLEASE RELEASE THIS ON PLATNUM SERIES. |
