It was supposed to die in 90 days. 3 years later.. The disiese is gone the children are safe. There have been a number of strange deaths in N.Y. Susan soon discovers a baby Judas, about the size of a fist. It is stolen by a misterious person.The two kids who found the Judas soon go off looking for more, they are scared by hobos and are eaten. (They had it coming). Susan, Peter, The Cop, Manny, and his kid all end up in the sewers, defensless, where the giant roaches live. You even see their stalagmite and stalagtite poo. The roaches eat some more people. The humans all have to smear themselves with roach guts to blend in with the smell. In the end they blow up all the roaches and everyone lives happily ever after. Why in all movies are the old subways so far underground? Bottom Line Mimic is a pretty cool movie, if long at times. But the cool plot and really good special effects make up for that. See it if you like killer animal movies or just want to see people get eaten. |
