It was in the 13th century and the Turks were invading Transylvania. After his army defeated the Turks they tricked his girlfriend into believing he was dead. She then commits suicide. So orriginally Drac wasn't evil. He then get's really pissed and renounces god and drinks blood from a cross which turned him into the undead. Also vampires can walk around in the day they just can't use their full powers. Also, Mina looks exactly like his dead girlfriend so he goes to London to find her. The sirens are tourturing Jonathan about then. Mina and the count fall in love and the count actually cries when Jonathan and mina get married. In the end, Mina becomes a vampire herself to be with him. But has to kill him so he'll be cured of vampireness. There's really to much plot to go into here so I'll just make you go rent it. Vampires have mean shadows Vampires are sticky Vampires have feelings too Sirens live inside bedsheets Best Line: When asked if Lucy's body was at peace, Van Helsing Reponds "We cut off her head, plunged a steak through her heart and then burned her body. Then she was at peace." Bottom Line: Best Dracula Flick Ever Go Rent It Today. It Ranks up with Blade and The Lost Boys as the best vampire movies. It made the dracula charecter not all evil. |
